The Hand of Aphrodite (HoA) is a new and growing social guild for LGBT (Gay, Lesbian, Bi and Trans) players and their friends. We are looking for more members to join our ranks!
While we don’t ask that you are LGBT to join the guild, we do ask that you respect and acknowledge that some of our members are!

We are an Alliance Guild on the EU-Hellscream server. We do accommodate all sorts of play styles (pvp, pve, social, rp, etc).

We are not a hardcore raiding guild but are looking to form a core raiding team to raid on a regular basis. We are currently running regular HCs together and finding our feet – which has been lots of fun!

So whether you are an experienced player at 85 who wants to work with us to get us raid ready or a lower level player just looking to find a place to relax and talk in a friendly environment to likeminded mature players then I’m sure the HoA has something to offer you!

We do ask that all our members are 16 years of age or older.

We’re on the Horde side on US-Smolderthorn PVP server.

The guild was created by my boyfriend and I who had been playing and raiding since vanilla. We’ve done hardcore raiding , but at this point in our lives we cannot commit the hours per week required by most hardcore raiding guilds. However, the game too has changed to allow a casual, laid-back approach while still being able to complete all the content.

We currently have 4 bank tabs and ventrilo and the guild pays for your repairs. There is also an abundance of items in the bank available to help with leveling your toon. Any level is welcome Send a tell to anyone on for an invite or visit our website to fill out an app.

We are a group of GLBT-friendly adult raiders who are want to provide an open, inclusive, and maybe a little bit sassy WoW experience for those Horde members looking for a home on Garona. We offer a friendly and laid back atmosphere that is relatively small and intimate. If you are tired of the craziness on some other servers, give us a try!

Our focus is on toon preparation for progression raiding and ICC 10 man progression. The guild leaders have experience in ICC fights through to Lich King. We are willing to put the time into new members to help them grow and eventually to progress through all ICC fights.

We ALSO understand also that the demands of real life come before vacationing in Azeroth. Lives. we haz them.

Our current proposed raid schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday/Thursday and Monday. Invites go out at 7:00 pm server time. Raids start at 7:30 pm server time.

p.s tried some of the guilds mentioned in these posts, but cant find the ones on eu-servers, and dont know about those that dont say eu or us?

I understand there are a lot of questions that come up when a gay/LGBT guild is advertised, and I will do my best to answer them here.

“Isn’t making a gay guild discriminatory?”

No, we welcome all players, regardless of race, class, gender (RL and WoW), sexuality, and any other preferences. We just advertise ourselves as a gay guild, to show we are friendly and supportive of players who wish to be free to be themselves in a fun and comfortable environment.

“This is WoW, not a dating service…Your making a guild for gay people to pick up guys in!”

No, again, we are not making a guild for dating, nor is this a place to indulge in Adult Roleplay, or “cybering” Our guild is not a dating service, or an adult chatroom. Just a group of friends with similar situations and interests.

“Are you hardcore end-gamer’s?”

No, we aim only to be a social, casual guild, for fun, and community. I am not ruling out raiding and other activities later, but for now, we are just looking to be a nice friendly place.

“What are the entry requirements?”

None. All we ask is that you are friendly, understanding and tolerant of other lifestyles, that is all.

“Do you have a tabard/guild bank?”

Yes, we have both. Officers have a second guild vault tab also.

“Why Horde?”

Because me and my partner have played both, and settled into Horde, and this realm. We hope you will join us, and if you have an Alliance main, why not make an alt on Ghostlands Horde side?

“I already spend a lot of time on my Main on a different realm.”

That’s cool! Chances are you have a high level character, congratulations! Why not roll an alt for our guild and level him/her when and if you feel like it? We won’t remove guildies for not logging on, we have a policy for you to play whenever you want, however you want, for as long as you want. Plus, having a main on a different server, may mean you have a lot of experience to share with our newer players.
