The new Quadrant 99 is up. It isn’t perfect yet and there are some formatting issues in some broswers. If you find any issues, please let me know via the comments below.
There a few new features that have been added as well as some that are simply gone.
Changes:
- The new software running this site is called Movabletype. The old site was using PHP Nuke. PHP Nuke was great, but it had too many features and no easy way to design the layouts. Most of the feature were not being used.
- Trackback feature: Click here for a guide to what trackbacks are. Basically, it will allow anyone to comment on an entry in their own weblog and a link to that weblog will appear on this site.
- Simplier design and not as cluttered. Many of the features were not really used in the previous site.
- Polls are temporarily gone. I am working on a polling system to integrate into the site.
- There is no current way for anyone to submit an entry other than me. That is the top priority. I will be making a form submitted page in an attempt to avoid the spammers.

Hey, I’ve found one problem. I have it set to “remember personal info”, and it does it sometimes but not every time. Might want to look into that!

hmmm.. okay. It just uses browser cookies to remember you. Nothing too fancy. I’ll try to recreate the problem.
